Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC). There is no minimum order value.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses.
Delivery times
- Handling time: 2–3 business days
- Transit time: 3–5 business days
- Total delivery time: 5–8 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the total delivery time, contact us with your order number (and photos of any damage) so we can look into it with the carrier.
