You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging.
- Please contact us before sending an item back.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 10 days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos.
